Membership

• I require all families to do a complimentary virtual or in-person meet and greet prior to membership enrollment to make sure Cactus Bloom is a good fit for you.  *Please check your spam/junk folder of your email if you haven't received confirmation after booking

• ​Membership fees can be paid using ACH or credit card, even HSA

• Enrollment fee will be waived for patients electing to pay their membership on an annual basis.

• One time enrollment fee of $100 for one child and $150 for families with multiple children at time of sign up.  See monthly membership pricing below. 

• Discounts available for families with three or more children.

• I kindly request 30 day advance written notice if you wish to cancel your membership. If you decide that you miss what Cactus Bloom has to offer and wish to rejoin, a re-enrollment fee will be charged.  *Acceptance pending whether panel is still open. ​
